What is URL Encoder/Decoder?
Only letters, numbers, and a few symbols are safe in a URL, so spaces and non-English characters get percent-encoded into forms like %20 or %E3%83%84. Decode an encoded address back into readable text, or safely encode a parameter value.

FAQ
What's the difference between “Component” and “Full URL”?+
Component (encodeURIComponent) also encodes reserved characters such as / ? & =, while Full URL (encodeURI) leaves them alone to keep the address structure intact.
